Debut album “Evening Mosaic”

We are so happy to present our first album “Evening Mosaic” released in December 2020 by Etcetera Records.

A rare setup in the music world, Duo Telluur brings together the mellow sounds of English horn and classical guitar. This album comprises a selection of works that the ensemble has returned to and admired during its five years of playing together, and the works make up a kind of mosaic of evening thoughts and moods. Evening Mosaic seeks to portray the calming down of the ending day, the tender mystery of twilight moments and the nostalgia of recollections. The night is falling, its magical atmosphere draws you in more and more, you disappear in reveries and end up waltzing in the light of Evening star with your sweet memories and poetic dreams.

Review by Eckhard Weber:

Eckhard Weber finds surprising that the combination of English horn and guitar has not spread in the course of music history – “What a harmonious cooperation!”
The very encouraging review is available to be read in German on website The title could be translated as “Perfect Togetherness”.
From the wide-ranging selection of compositions on the album Weber brings out Gnome by Mussorgsky saying that this “Picture at an Exhibition” is drawn as dark, threatening and bizarre as original piano version or even orchestral version can be.
